About Us

CrossFit Rage Cage (formerly Sembach Strength and Conditioning (SS&C)) is a military, non-profit, no-frills, grass-roots strength and conditioning training facility located in Ramstein, Germany. Our goal is simple... "Achieve total fitness through functional fitness." Founded in-part by past members and friends of the illustrious 786th Security Forces Squadron  and made a reality by a group of 7  extremely stubborn, overly-confident, "won't take no for an answer" 435th Security Forces Squadron members, CFRC now operates on a daily basis and is home to the one and only "Rage Cage." We work out hard, we work out fast, and we don't BS in the gym (there's no time)... Simply put: we get in, we go hard, we go home. Our programming is solely designed so our members achieve the highest level of total fitness possible, and is earned/gained through mental will power coupled with widely varying high intensity cardiovascular intervals, olympic weightlifting, and fundamental gymnastics movements. A wise man once said "The higher the work capacity, the higher the rate of return"... In lamens terms, we do more work faster.
